A new adventure awaits!

Renowned scientist Dr. Deciduous has developed an amazing invention! A sphere that can consume and enchant any creature it is thrown at. The spheres, with the creatures inside, can be carried around in a satchel. Hence, the creatures are known as Satchelers, and their handlers Satcheler Coaches.

What is Satchelers?

Satchelers is a D&D inspired homebrew homage to Pokémon. Using a Sphere of Holding, players can capture and do combat with creatures from the world of D&D.

The game features original mechanics for catching Satchelers and entering into combat with them. Each Satcheler has a magical and physical attack, easy to understand stats. The game does not require a character sheet.

It’s a fun and easy way to learn basic D&D mechanics, or to go all out and unleash the full might of the beasts that stalk this realm.

What’s in the game

Game Master Phil Zimmerwood has developed and play tested this game with the help of an expert- his daughter, who is a young child. Together they have created a game with original dice rolling mechanics, streamlined and simplified D&D 5e combat, and a library of creatures you can encapsulate and command.

A starter adventure with an original story introduces players to the magical technology of the world of Satchelers, as well as the original rolling mechanics for catching and commanding them. After completing this initial adventure, you’ll be able to request follow up or on-going game sessions to continue your journey.

You can request specific or custom Satchelers for your game.
Original art and creature tokens are available upon request at an additional rate.
