Max McConaughey

Max is what you might call a renaissance man (though they identify more with the title “woods witch.”) With hobbies ranging from calligraphy, horse-back riding, fencing, and archery, to pickling & canning, and sewing & embroidery, Max feels very much at home roleplaying in fantasy games. You’ll find Max most often in a costume– whether attending comic and sci-fi conventions, renaissance faires, pirate brawls, or just foraging for wild mushrooms and polypores in the woods. Max has over a decade’s worth of experience working with children, and six years of experience presenting panels at comic conventions across the US. Max’s favorite parts of DMing are map-making and creating backstory, and they have an affinity for worlds of the science fiction variety. Outside of RPG worlds, Max loves thrifting & antiquing, and collects lava lamps
